The End Of A Lifetime

Queenie has been a member of this family for 17 years. Today Harold and I had to take her to the vet for the final time. I can't think of not having her here. Not hearing her bark. Not opening that late night can of dog food. She was Harold's dog. We were together to the end.

sorry for your loss. When my last dog died it took me months to not listen for his bark. Hugs to you and the family.

I am so sorry for your loss! While you're grieving don't forget to be gentle with yourself...it's so hard when we lose a family member.
