Ivy Leaf Lace Shawl finished

I finished the shawl pattern that I have been writing. Also finished knitting my shawl. Now I am working on another one in burgundy and pinks kauni. Just love this pattern.

Jeanie,
Any idea of how much yarn this uses? And is this laceweight?

This was a skein of laceweight yarn i got from astrid's dutch obsessions. I used less than half of the skein for the shawl posted. It can be knitted in any yarn you choose that you like knitting with from any source you like. I like sock yarn a lot because it is usually superwash, sturdier, and smoother on the fingers to knit with.
Approximately 700-800 yards is needed depending on the size needles you use, the yarn you choose, and size shawl you want to knit. You knit chart A one time, Chart B over and over until you get the shawl the size you want it almost, then knit chart C edging chart one time and bind off.
