Bollywood Movies and Music
Does anyone else just LOVE Bollywood? I am absolutely devoted to the movies/dvds. I can watch them over and over. I love the music and the singing and dancing. I don't care that I have to use subtitles at all. Just super entertainment. The best source I have found so far is
I can spend hours just shopping around at that site!
All kinds of free stuff there to watch and listen to also.
Nope I don't get a discount, I just really like it!

Texas Yarn
Sometimes I fall over stuff. My sister lives in Houston. I was searching for a ball of yarn. Seems easy huh? NO! I looked for over a week. The yarn must be 50 g, and 180 yards approximately, and wool. Someone in the Townies Group pointed me to KNITIVITY Adventures in Fiber Artistry. Located where? TEXAS! Not only does he sell this size yarn but he has it in lots of colors. The only tough choice you will have is picking which color to knit with!
I want to knit MITTENS!! There is some mittens inside me that want to be knitted and they won't take NO! for an answer. Ok so what if it is 92 degrees? So What! It is so hot in my room i can't even stand to touch yarn. Good excuse to crank up the air conditioner and say oh well to big electricity bills. Well it is really only for 1 or 2 days a month. But I am gonna knit MITTENS!! I have a couple of mitten books. Tried and tried to find the latvian book with no luck. Now I am waiting on my Knitivity yarn in sport weight. Oh I see mittens in my future.
Did you ever knit mittens? when? pics? blog about them?
write in let me know!!

Me and that dratted car.
Son Harold came over and spent about 5 hours repairing my car. I backed out of the yard, the gas pipe was rusty up by where you put gas in. I knocked rust into my gas tank!! YIKES!.
He fixed it a month ago. It immediately fouled out again.
Today He put on a new gas pipe, a gas filter, gas pump, fuel injectors, fixed spark plugs, and then had to charge the battery and air up a flat tires.
After all that we got it started and radiator fluid was pumping out in a ARC shoot shoot right out of the gasket where the thermostat is. So he put on a new thermostat and gasket too.
It runs. I drove around my block and parked it again. Was too scary to drive.
Funny old me. All that gas pumping out while he had parts hanging made my hands shake. Didn't bother him a bit. Heck it will take me a week to get over all that.
Bless his heart, Thank you Harold!! YIPPEE.
Now when I get up enough nerve and Kevin is home I will give it a trial run. If it poops out on me again Kev can come get me and old Triple A can tow the dog home to park in the yard until I am not mad at it again!! Bad Car! Bad Car!
What a day!

Man I am proud!!
From: Dumbo
Music: Frank Churchill
Lyrics: Ned Washington
Baby mine, don't you cry
Baby mine, dry your eyes
Rest your head close to my heart
Never to part, baby of mine
Little one when you play
Don't you mind what they say
Let those eyes sparkle and shine
Never a tear, baby of mine
If they knew sweet little you
They'd end up loving you too
All those same people who scold you
What they'd give just for
The right to hold you
From your head to your toes
You're not much, goodness knows
But you're so precious to me
Cute as can be, baby of mine

Menu and Info Changes.
Due to the HUGE increase in request for free patterns I am trying to make sure you can get them simply by joining my yahoo group and looking in the files section. Download FREE at your convenience. It does cost me money to knit each pair of socks so I can write the pattern and give it away for free. I have to buy the yarn. I try to use inexpensive yarns so that I can knit more patterns and put them out as quickly as I can. All test patterns are always free.
If you see any patterns on the internet that you want and do not see any download link in the Files section of my yahoo group please let me know. The ones to the right are the only ones currently For Sale. I use any money from selling these patterns to help support my son, his little boy, and the two grandkids I am raising.
When you request one of the For Sale patterns I will try to email it immediately.
Do NOT feel for any reason that you need to or have to donate in any way to receive the free patterns. Last month I gave away over 2000 free patterns and sold $15 worth.
